Adventure in Andasibe 5 days/ 4 nights

Initially, explore the enchanting landscapes during the day, discovering the colorful world of Madagascar's wildlife. Next,  from the striking Madagascar paradise flycatcher to the elusive chameleons that seamlessly blend into the foliage, find them with the Andasibe adventure. Later, our experienced guides will lead you through the reserve, sharing fascinating insights into the flora and fauna that call Andasibe home.

DAY 1

Arrival in Antananarivo

In the beginning, upon arrival, an English speaking guide from I Travel 2 Madagascar will accompany you directly to Andasibe. So, a stunning rainforest park about 3 hours’ drive from the city. 

DAY 2

Andasibe (Perinet)

After breakfast, meet your local instructor and enjoy a visit to the Perinet reserve. Then, notice Indri Indri with a barely visible tail in black and white markings and a surprised teddy-bear face. Beyond that, spot another 11 species of lemur as you walk through the rainforest. Moreover, you may see of their bamboo grey, common brown, black and white  ruffed. Following that, Perinet is home to many reptiles, invertebrates and over a thousand orchid species.

Finally, late in the evening, a night walk will be organized in the forest surrounding the reserve with a local guide where you may notice mouse lemurs, woolly lemur, sportive lemur, fat-tailed dwarf lemur.

DAY 3

Mantadia National Park

From the start, early in the morning, head to Mantadia National Park (1h30 drive). For the beginning, this is a primary forest where there are an abundance of birds.  So, this including the Scaly Ground Roller, Pitta-Like Ground Roller and Red Breasted Coua. Beyond that, discover other lemur species such as the Indri Indri, Diademed Sifaka, Grey Bamboo Lemur.

In the end, midday repast at the Hote.  Then, in the afternoon, appreciate a tour to Lemur Island, Vakona Lodge's private reserve.That protects a number of habituated lemurs.

DAY 4

Andasibe - Antananarivo

To start, at last the first meal, go back to Tana with picnic lunch along the road.

So, in the afternoon, visit of Ambohimanga, a UNESCO

DAY 5

City Tour-Out

From the beginning,  timely of the day, your accompagnator accompany you to do a city tour of Antananarivo.  Afterwards, Take pleasure in it which has fascinating traditional architecture and a more Indonesian influence.

Then, lunch at the chosen restaurant and after that transfer to the airport and assistance for the departure flight out.
